What are your hours of operation?

Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 5pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. 

Because we're closed on the weekends, we offer weekend steals & deals making it easy and cost effective to get your weekend project done. Rent an item on Friday and return it Monday, all for the price of a day and a half rental.

     Reservations & Payments

How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation you will need a major credit card, a valid Georgia Driver's License, and proof of insurance.

Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in person at one of our rental locations. Request equipment rental here or set up your Customer Portal to take control your rental directly from our system. 

Do you require a deposit?

Most customers prefer the convenience of paying with a credit card. When you reserve equipment, we will initiate a prior authorization on your credit card which secures your equipment rental. Once your rental transaction is completed, the prior authorization will be updated and completed.

Please note that for debit cards, the prior authorization will place a hold on funds required for the transaction.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards:

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel and modify your rental. That is the convenience and benefit of renting equipment. Call us at any time or make changes via the Customer Portal. We don't charge cancellation fees.

     Delivery

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we offer delivery throughout metro Atlanta and beyond. Give us a call - let's see what we can do!

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges vary based on location and equipment type.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the greater Atlanta metro area. Check with our stores for more specifics on delivery areas, times and costs.

How far in advance I need to schedule a delivery?

Deliveries should be scheduled as early as possible to ensure availability. Please check with your store availability and delivery requirements.

     Pickups & Returns

Can I pick up my rental equipment?

Yes, customers can pick up rental equipment at our locations during business hours.

What do I need to pick up rental equipment?

You will need an appropriate vehicle and/or trailer to safely transport the type of equipment you rent. Please check with your rental coordinator before arriving for your pickup. Equipment will not be released to customers who do not have the appropriate vehicle and/or trailer to meet safety standards and safely transport the equipment.

Where do I return the equipment?

Equipment must be returned to the location from which it was rented.

What happens if I return the equipment late?

When you return equipment after the return date on the contract, the contract is adjusted for the date and time of the return, which can potentially increase the price of the rental. We generally have a grace period of 1-2 hours for return of equipment.

Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?

Yes, customers are responsible for returning equipment in a clean condition. Cleaning fees may apply for excessively dirty equipment.

     Rental Protection

Do you offer a rental protection plan?

Yes, rental protection plans are available for added security. Customers can provide an approved Certificate of Insurance (COI) to avoid paying damage waiver fees. If no COI is provided, a damage waiver fee is automatically charged which covers damages in excess of normal wear and tear. 

What does the rental protection plan cover?

Rental protection may cover minor damages but does not cover misuse, theft, or negligence. Carefully read your contract and consult with your rental coordinator to understand what is covered by a damage waiver. 

Is rental protection required?

A Damage Waiver is required if a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is not provided.

What should I do if equipment is damaged or stolen?

Customers should immediately report any damage or theft to Talisman Rentals. Liability for damages or loss is outlined in the rental agreement.

     Customer Loyalty Programs

What are Buddy Points?

Buddy Points is Talisman Rentals' loyalty program designed to benefit frequent renters by providing rewards points for every rental transaction.

How do I earn Buddy Points?

Customers earn Buddy Points based on the value of the rental contract. The more you rent, the more points you accumulate.

How do I redeem my Buddy Points?

Buddy Points can be redeemed for discounts on future rentals, providing savings on equipment rental costs and more.

Who is eligible to join the Buddy Points loyalty program?

Buddy Points is available to both professional contractors and DIY homeowners who rent from Talisman Rentals.

Do you have to pay to join the Buddy Points loyalty program?

Nope - enrollment in the Buddy Points program is free!

Do Buddy Points expire?

Yes, Buddy Points may have an expiration period. Customers should check their accounts regularly for point balances and expiration dates.

What is ToolBuddy?

ToolBuddy is Talisman Rentals' innovative membership program for the use of small tools. 

How does ToolBuddy work?

By subscribing to ToolBuddy for a low, fixed monthly fee you'll have access to any one of our large range of professional grade small tools and equipment. Customers can use any tool for any length of time and swap it out for another at any time as long as membership remains in good standing.

Which tools are included in ToolBuddy?

ToolBuddy includes a large range of professional tools from jumping jacks and plate compactors to breakers, concrete saws, generators, and more. To view the wide selection of ToolBuddy tools click here or visit us at any Talisman Rentals location.

How do I sign up for ToolBuddy?

Customers can sign up online or in-store at any Talisman Rentals location.
